ORDER
How will my order be delivered?
Of course we want to let you shine in your new purchase as soon as possible. The combination of central storage and our fast shipping methods ensure that you receive the product quickly. We use the local transport companies such as DHL. You will receive a confirmation of payment by email, after which your product will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
When do I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 7-15 working days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier. This allows us to save enormously on transport and storage costs. This unique business model ensures the best price for the customer!
Can I change my order?
You can always email us with the request to change your order. In some cases, this is still possible if the package has not yet been sent. On our contact page is a form you can fill out and we will reply as soon as possible. Please state your order number and indicate what needs to be changed.
How do I know if my order has been accepted?
As soon as your order has arrived at FORFEMA, you will receive an email with all order details.
I have not received a confirmation of receipt, order confirmation, or delivery announcement by e-mail; what should I do?
In this case, it is best to contact us at info@forfema.com.

How much will you be charged for shipping?
We pay for your shipping! You benefit from free extra-fast shipping worldwide!
Can I have the order delivered to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process you will be given the option to specify a different shipping address, different from the billing address.
My order has not arrived yet; what should I do?
It is rare that an order is not delivered. In some cases, this can unfortunately be the case. If there are any problems, you can of course contact us via the Contact Form or info@forfema.com.
RETURNS
Pay attention: "Products of which return is considered to be non-hygienic can be refused if they have been opened. It is up to the entrepreneur to make this decision." (Article 6.5, General Terms and Conditions).
Within what timeframe can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, after which this is unfortunately not possible (unless the problem is covered by the warranty).
How can I return my order?
We will refund or exchange your product when the following conditions are met:
- Fill out this form and state that you want to return the product.
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of the date of receipt.
- The items will be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, in the original packaging, and with all accessories supplied.
A return shipment must always be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for shipping. If we have received the items returned by you, we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 7 days. Please note: shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
How and within what timeframe will I get my money refunded?
The returned products will be checked by us upon arrival at the warehouse. If everything is in order and all requirements have been met, the amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 7 days. Any costs (damage or missing parts) will be deducted from the total amount.
